Open Enrollment for your 2026 benefits begins on October 20, 2025, and ends on November 7, 2025!
The most common question we hear this time of year is, "If I want to keep everything the same, do I have to do anything?" The short answer is: YES!

SHBP rates are rising about 12%. Anthem HMO is roughly $20/mo for single, $50 - ee+sp, and $67- family coverage. Thinking about switching to a lower-cost plan? We’ll help you compare options, check wellness credits, and eliminate tobacco surcharge - so you can keep costs as low as possible.
FSAs are a tool to get Uncle Sam to help you bear some of the cost of health care, including your out-of-pocket expenses for dental, vision, and dependent day care for both children and elders. The limits are much higher for 2026 - $3,100 for a health FSA and $7,500 dependent care FSA (a 50% improvement!). Check it out to learn more.
Did you know our Short-Term Disability plan costs less as your Sick Leave balance grows? Earned more days this past year? See how much you could save by adjusting your plan. Plus, we continue your pay for six weeks after a baby—disability covers all types of disability, but its not needed for a typical delivery. Learn more below

Starting in January, we’ll begin working directly with EyeMed. This change will mean lower rates and improved benefits, and we’ll have the same EyeMed provider network we’ve been using. Note especially that there are many so-called Network Plus providers you can choose. These providers will waive the usual copay on exams, and your allowance for frames and contacts will increase substantially!
